Partsong Arkusz muzyczny

A partsong is a choral piece, usually written for a SATB choir. Partsongs are usually homophonic in texture, with a single voice carrying the main melody, with the others supplying accompaniment (this is the main difference with the more contrapuntual madrigals). They are performed without instrumental accompaniment.
