Pietro Codini was an Italian composer. As he was not prone to industrial activity, he decided to make a fortune over the Alps began singing and playing for the public in nightclubs. He received major awards from institutions (the "Palme Accadèmique" and "Ufficiale d’Accademia» and by the Ministry of Education and Fine Arts). Only few of about the 200 pieces he wrote remain today. He died in Paris at the age of 52.
