Paul Louis Auguste de Wailly Warnier was a French composer. Paul de Wailly grew at Château de Bagatelle on in Abbeville. he lost his father, a naval officer, at the of seven. At the age of 17 he began to compose and became a pupil of César Franck. In 1900 he married Marthe de Maricourt (who died in 1918).
