Carl Faust was a Silesian military musician and composer who was also nicknamed as the Silesian Waltz King. Carl Faust composed over 200 works - waltzes, polkas and marches that were very melodic- He earned him the nickname Silesian Waltz King. Most of his works are forgotten today.
