License format query

Hi, I would like to ask, exactly what is the correct way to credit a piece of music from this website. I would like to use "Kinderszenen Op. 15 -7 Traumerei" performed by Chiara Bertoglio. Is the above sufficient for a credit? Please let me know. Thanks, Hassan
