해리스 After the Ball

After the Ball is a song for voice and piano composed by Charles Kassell Harris, first published around 1892. It became the most successful song of its era, according to sheetmusic sales records (a total exceeding five million copies). It was re-published in 1917 by Schott in a violin and piano arrangement. Today it is recognized as one of the most popular and financially-successful songs ever published. It has been speculated that Harris may have composed only the melody, engaging Clauder to create the piano accompaniment. A standard recording lasts around 5 minutes.
