About the Modena Chamber Orchestra

I cannot find any information, photos etc. about The Modena Chamber Orchestra except from what exists in MUSOPEN. How can I be sure about the rights of the music?

Some of the Modena Chamber Orchestra's recordings are also on tge Wikimedia commons and has been declared public domain based on MusOpens upload policy. I'm not a lawyer, and I can't tell you if any of the documentation is legally binding but the wikimedia commons links indicate it's public domain.
