Davis" active in the general New York area in the late 19th century - the organist at Temple Emanu-El in New York City in the 1880s (see Milken Archive), a hymn/liturgical composer (may be the same as no.1), a composer of light piano music (may also be the same, and seems to be the only one? who published as Anthony J. Davis- the others' first name(s) are not known if different?)
