Youtube doesn't agree that this recording is in public domain

Vivaldi’s Concerto No. 4 in F minor, Op. 8, RV 297 “L’inverno” (aka Winter from The Four Seasons) is absolutely public domain as a composition — Antonio Vivaldi died in 1741, which is way past any copyright limit.

My theory is that since there are so many different renditions of certain classical pieces, the automated copyright system has difficulty correctly identifying them.

Dispute it, link them back to this page and link the public domain license. YouTube's copyright system is broken. I also just had an issue - my video just got claimed by UMG for the auto copyright system thinking this was "Der Winter - 1. Erstarrendes Schauern im eisigen Schnee - Entsetzlicher Sturm - Laufen und Trampeln mit den Füßen vor Kälte - Winde - Zähneklappern". I had an issue using this piece in another video a few months ago as well, I disputed it and it got resolved but it took a month.
