Janáček Violin Sonata
Leoš Janáček composed his Violin Sonata in the summer of 1914. He had resolved to compose a violin sonata during his period as a student at the conservatoire in Leipzig in 1880, and later during his studies in Vienna. but these didn't succeed. The results of those early attempts are lost today.
