Is the Artur Schnabel recording of Mozart's K 467 really public domain?

I made a video using this recording of the second movement of Mozart's C major piano concerto ... https://musopen.org/music/2635-piano-concerto-no-21-in-c-major-k-467/ ... and it was flagged as not public domain, and controlled by EMI. Can anyone provide information about its public domain status?
