is this piece public domain or not? please help
Second time I am getting penalized for using this music in a video. Why is that? Based on what the symbol means I thought it was public domain. So why is it flagged as copyright infringement? Could it be because Disney used it and therefore no matter what version or played by who, they just won't let anyone else use it? I can't figure this out. If anyone has the answer, please help!

It is public domain, if you have a look at: https://imslp.org/wiki/L%27apprenti_sorcier_(Dukas%2C_Paul) What's probably happened is that YouTube Content ID has confused this public domain recording with a copyrighted recording of the same piece. You can try disputing the Content ID claim, give them the URL of this site and say you used this public domain recording.
