Theodor Albin Findeisen was a German double bassist, composer and educator. Little is known about Findeisen life and work. However his double bass school is still being used. He wrote several exercises for that instrument, like its 25 technical studies. He also wrote solo works and chamber music for double bass, which is however forgotten.
