Joseph Bucciali was a French organist and composer. Blind, he received his musical training at the National Institute for Blind Youth in Paris. He became organist at the church of St. Nicolas (Boulogne-sur-Mer), and the great organ of the Cathedral of Arras in 1899, finally holding the cathedral of Boulogne-sur-Mer in 1900, for 40 years.
