Hugo Wehrle was a German violinist, music director, composer and music teacher. Wehrle studied from his 4 to his 12 years with his father, a member of the Fürstenberg court orchestra. Then the boy was given to Ferdinand David for further education at the Leipzig Conservatory, and after that two more years at the Conservatoire de Paris Jean-Delphin Alard.
