Antônio dos Santos Cunha was a composer active in Colonial Brazil. He was active at least between 1786 and 1815 in the Brazilian city of Sao Joao del Rey, he once traveled to Lisbon and presumably, unlike other composers of the same area, was white. But it is not even know if he was born to one or other side of the ocean.
