The String Quintet No. 4 in Gm, K. 516 was completed by W. A. Mozart in 1787, and like all his quintets, it is scored for a string quartet plus an extra viola. The mood of the piece is dark and melancholic, typical of Mozart's G minor works. It is a work in four movements.
