Julien-Fernand Vaubourgoin was a French organist, composer and music teacher. Vaubourgoin studied at the conservatory in his hometown, where he worked all his life as an organist and teacher of piano and organ, orchestra conducting, harmony, counterpoint and composition. Among his many pupils included Henri Sauget, Christian Robert, Henry Barraud, Claude Ballif and his son Marc Vaubourgoin.
