Herman-François Delange was a Belgian violinist and composer. His solo sonatas Op. 1 shows Giuseppe Tartini's influence, especially in the double handles the violin and the rich ornamentation. The trio sonatas, however, are set simple, maybe they are aimed at wealthy music lovers. His sacred compositions were forgotten, but are written in the galant style, with rich melodies.
