Liszt Les adieux, S. 409

Franz Liszt wrote his piece Les Adieux, a reverie on a motif from 'Romeo and Juliet' by Charles Gounod, in 1867. It was published one year later in Berlin by Bote & Bock, and it is now usually catalogued as S. 409, LW.A 237, or R. 169. It is a single movement work for solo piano, and it lasts around nine minutes.
