Mussorgsky The Capture of Kars

Modest Mussorgsky composed the march "The Capture of Kars" in 1880 to commemorate Russia's victory in that city in 1855. The piece has other names, such as Triumphal March, Marche solenelle and Turkish March. The key of the march is Ab major. It was first published in 1883.
