Bach Prelude and Fugue in E minor, BWV 548

The Great Prelude and fugue in E minor, BWV 548, is a piece written by J.S. Bach in his late Leipzing period. The da capo fugue has been named The Wedge Fugue in relation to its opening idea, which starts with one note, then a third interval that gradually becomes an octave.
