Impromptu no. 3 in G flat major, Op. 51

Frédéric Chopin wrote the last of his impromptus in 1842. It was published in 1843 (thus being the third in order of publishing, as the Fantaisie Impromptu was printed posthumously, in 1855). It is in the key of G flat major, in a 12/8 time signature, and dedicated to Mme. la Comtesse Esterhaz.
