String Quartet no. 18 in A major, K. 464

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart completed his String Quartet no. 18 in A major, K. 464, in 1785. It is a work in four movements, dedicated to Joseph Haydn, and characterized by the use of different contrapuntal devices. Ludwig van Beethoven modeled his String Quartet Op. 18 no. 5 after it.
