Brahms 7 Fantasien, Op. 116

Johannes Brahms wrote his Fantasien, Op. 116 in 1892, and published them the same year. It is a set of seven works for piano solo, all named Capriccio or Intermezzo, and it was premiered in parts in 1893, first in Vienna and then in London. The whole set takes about 23 minutes to be performed.
