The Magic Harp, D. 644

The Magic Harp (Die Zauberharfe), D.644, is the incidental music composed for the play of the same name by F. Schubert. Written in 1819, premiered in 1820 in Vienna, and first published in 1891, the overture to this work has been long associated with the Rosamunde incidental music, probably because they were first published together.
