Variations on a theme from Süssmayr's opera Il Noce di Benevento. Calls for solo violin, two flutes, two oboes, two clarinets, basson, two horns, two trumpets, three trombones, timpani, percussion and strings. Written in 1813, it was first published almost 40 years later.
