Oboe Concerto in D minor, Op. 9, no. 2

The Oboe Concerto in D minor is the second work of the 12 Concerti a Cinque (concertos for five players) that make Tomaso Albinoni's Op. 9. They were first published in 1722. This concerto is probably the second best-known work of Albinoni after the Adagio in G minor (which is now known to be a spurious work). The concerto was dedicated to Maximilian Emanuel, Duke of Bavaria.
