Are you 100% this is in the Public Domain? Because I just got noticed/blocked on YouTube and ALL my social media because of this piece, the claimant being "UMG On behalf of: Decca" and the version they're claiming it to be: "Dance of the Sugar-Plum Fairy - Paris Conservatoire Orchestra, Anatole Fistoulari". I've listened to the Fistoulari version and it sounds exactly the same to my ears...

I don't think this should be in the public domain. I have to re-edit my video because of this..
