Mozart's Violin sonata no. 26 in Bb, K. 378 (also 317d) was finished in 1781, just a few weeks after the composer settled down in Vienna. The work was published, together with KV 296, 376, 377, 379 and 380 as his Op. 2. It is a work in three movements and it usually lasts around twenty minutes.
