Ludwig Ebner was a German composer and church musician. Most of his compositions showed his teacher spirit. But he did not deny that he studied the old masters and must have been an admirer of Richard Wagner because of the often bold harmonies. Ebner left 62 works, mainly church music, which are also still used in our time by church choirs.
