Heinrich van Eyken was a German composer. He studied composition at the Leipzig Conservatory, then privately with H. Duke of Berg, who took him to the Berlin Academy of Music. between E. 1886/87 ended his teaching. He acted as a popular teacher of theory and composition privately and between 1902-07 at the Berlin Academy.
